Minnesota Force has been working hard since Mid August preparing our players in all aspects of the game. We have been working on team defense, offensive strategies, throwing strength, physical and mental conditioning and toughness.  We are excited to name teams in the next few weeks and watch our players grow their game over the winter training months.
