Minnesota Fastpitch Academy All Skills Training Program- Teams of  11-13 players

What To Expect From The Minnesota Fastpitch Academy Experience

• Comprehensive Individual and Team training in All Skill Areas including infield, outfield, hitting, short game and bunting, team defensive and offensive strategies and the mental approach to the game
• Preparation for association tryouts and competition
• Full Uniform Package-1 Game Jersey, 3 Practice Shirts, Belt, Socks 
• Participation in  Dome tournaments, Dome Games and an Outdoor  Tournament
• Over 125+ hours or training
• Conditioning and Agility sessions
• Non Parent coaches-Our main staff is made up of former or current college players and coaches
• Positive work out environment
• Fun Team activities

*We welcome multiple-sport athletes.  We work with their schedules, so they can still get the training they need.  *We support athletes participating on their Association Teams in fall ball.  *There are payment plans available.   Monthly payments.  *Fundraising opportunities are offered to help families with costs.

"I just wanted to say how impressed I was with the coaches Alaina had yesterday (Olivia and Sam I believe). Alaina is a 1st year 10u player learning a lot for the first time while also trying to get used to the pace of a faster game than what she sees in league games. She had such a positive experience and walked away feeling not only more confident about the game, but also feeling like her coaches really cared about her. Thanks so much for all you do!  I also told Julie at the tournament... My husband commented that we have NEVER been to a tournament of any kind- (we have 4 active children,  so we have been to 100's of tournaments!)  that was as positive as the Halloween Tournament last weekend. You didn't hear any negativity from ANYONE. Everyone was cheering on all the girls and it was just overall a very positive experience! I just want to say a special thank you to you and Julie (and the rest of the staff) for making this such a great experience for Leah in the Force Academy and Ava in the Instructional League. They both really enjoy their time with you, not to mention they learn a ton! It is nice to know as a parent that they not only learn about softball, but also leadership, respect (just to name a few) all while building their confidence while working with you. Our daughter loved Force Academy and would have butterflies before practice she was so excited to go!  Coach S. and Coach B. have the girls work hard but in a very motivating way.  They provide specific direction and correction so the girls see immediate results.  The environment is competitive but focuses on being the best player possible instead of winning is everything.  As parents we really appreciated the lessons on goal setting and the mental aspects of the game.  MFA went beyond our expectations and we will be back.  Carl and Kim S.
